Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced 2nd Line EUC Support Engineer for a 6-month onsite assignment in Billingham. You will provide Level 2 end-user support, assist with device migrations and application readiness across a large enterprise environment.

In this role you will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, manage incidents per ITIL, support software installations and deployments, and coordinate with deployment teams during migrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 2 Desktop/EUC support.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop environments in enterprise settings.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 EUC support for end-user devices and business applications.
• Support device migrations, deployment, and onboarding activities.
• Troubleshoot application compatibility, performance, and user access issues.
• Coordinate with deployment teams during migration/cutover periods.
