Job summary

Curo Services seeks a skilled 3rd Line Support Analyst to join a delivery team in Derby on a 60-day engagement starting November 2026. You will handle project work for a single end-customer and provide proactive and reactive support across a hybrid estate, with emphasis on incident and problem resolution.

The role requires extensive experience with Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, VMware/Hyper-V, ITIL processes, and strong PowerShell reporting. DV clearance is highly desirable; IR35 inside.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing large scale hybrid environments.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience with VMware/Hyper-V and ITIL processes.
• Strong PowerShell skills and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Call and incident management.
• Respond to service calls and resolve incidents to meet SLA targets.
• Increase the First Time Fix rate.
• Adhere to escalation procedures.
• Assist with technical escalations for other team members.
• Monitor call queue and coordinate with specialist support teams.
• Adhere to customer’s Security Policies.
• Participate in team and sector meetings.
• Utilise the ITSM tool suite to monitor progress of incidents.
• Ensure accurate completion of incident records and paperwork.
• Monitor and update the call management system as required.
• Assist with SLA reporting.
