Magnus Search Ltd. is seeking a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to own and grow a high-potential desk in Bristol within the industrial and driving sectors. You will lead sourcing, client strategy, and high-quality solutions across temp and permanent roles, while mentoring junior team members.

You will operate with autonomy, drive revenue, and maintain a top-tier candidate pipeline, with a clear path to leadership in a fast-growing UK recruitment business.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years' experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven billing success and desk growth.
• Experience within industrial and/or driving recruitment (highly desirable).
• Strong business development and client retention skills.
• Ability to manage full lifecycle recruitment at a senior level.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Mentoring or supporting junior team members (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow a high-performing recruitment desk.
• Build and manage strategic client relationships in industrial & driving sectors.
• Proactively win new business and expand key accounts.
• Take detailed job briefs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to placement and retention.
• Oversee compliance, onboarding, and ongoing candidate management.
• Maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline of candidates across temp and perm markets.
• Attend and lead client meetings, site visits, and review sessions.
• Monitor and drive desk performance, including revenue, pipeline, and activity.
• Act as a mentor and role model to junior consultants where appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
