Pinson is seeking a driven Junior Recruitment Consultant in the UK to own the 360-degree recruitment cycle within the fast-paced traffic management sector. You will develop new business, manage client relationships, and attract top candidates while coordinating screening and selection processes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organisation, and system usage (Workable, Vincere, Office 365). A background in recruitment or fast-paced sales and a passion for growth are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience within the recruitment sector or similar fast-paced sales environment
• 1 year of experience within the traffic management industry is nice to have
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS/CRM
• Great at multitasking
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ambitious, trustworthy and passionate about their work

Responsibilities

• Business Development, Account Management, Candidate Resourcing & Attraction, Screening & Selection and System Administration
• Work Ethic: strong discipline, adaptability and integrity
• Organisation & Time Management: manage multiple vacancies and interviews
• Communication skills: clear and professional with candidates, executives and hiring managers
