Job summary

O'NEILL & BRENNAN is seeking a 2nd/3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join the IT Department on a full-time basis. You will manage the IT Helpdesk team and support Microsoft Server, Desktop, Microsoft 365 and Azure across the business and regional offices.

You'll collaborate with Developers, Azure Architects and Network Architects to evolve the infrastructure, and report to the Head of IT Operations. A strong focus on customer service and at least 2 years' experience in infrastructure support

Qualifications

The candidate should have customer-service experience and Microsoft certifications.
Minimum 2 years' experience supporting Windows Desktops and Servers.

Responsibilities

Manage and mentor the IT Helpdesk team with incident and request handling.
Diagnose and resolve issues remotely and on site across the business.
Lead small- to medium-sized IT/infrastructure projects as directed.
Provide desktop and server support; maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Maintain logs, licensing, and security configurations; ensure backups and DR readiness.
