Bidfood Worcester is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for our 24‑hour warehouse, leading through a seasoned management team across Days and Nights. You will drive productivity, safety, cost control and end‑to‑end performance, using data to identify root causes and deliver sustainable improvements.

This role suits a proven leader who combines hands‑on detail with strategic change.

Developed managers and high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing warehouse managers and team managers across Days and Nights.
Owning warehouse productivity, labour planning, cost control and operational performance.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, shift structures, workflow, stock movement and resource utilisation.
Using data and KPIs to understand root causes rather than simply reacting to daily performance.
Driving measurable continuous improvement while protecting safety, service and colleague engagement.
Working closely with Stock, Transport and other depot functions to improve end-to-end performance.
Building management capability, accountability and succession across the warehouse team.
