Bidfood UK in Worcester is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to run the 24-hour operation. You will lead through an established management team, align Day and Night shifts, and focus on improving productivity, safety, service and cost while ensuring engagement and compliance.

You should be able to translate data and KPIs into actionable improvements, develop managers, and deliver sustainable change through others in a high-volume environment where deadlines matter.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across the full warehouse operation.
• Lead and develop warehouse managers across Days and Nights.
• Own productivity, labour planning, cost control and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, shift structures and stock movement.
• Use data and KPIs to understand root causes and drive improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement while safeguarding safety and service.
