Job summary

Godolphin and Latymer School in London seeks an experienced Individual Learning Coordinator (SENDCo) for a permanent full-time post commencing 1 April 2027 or 1 September 2027.

Qualifications

• Qualified to teach pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties and to conduct assessments of pupils’ learning profiles.
• Experience leading a team of ILN staff.
• Experience overseeing JCQ-regulated access arrangements would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Individual Learning Department and a team of ILN teachers to tailor teaching and learning for each pupil.
• Oversee learning profile assessments and liaise with academic, pastoral, and support staff.
