Job summary

The Godolphin and Latymer School in London seeks an experienced Individual Learning Coordinator (SENDCo) to lead the ILN department from 1 April 2027 or 1 September 2027. You will assess pupils’ learning profiles and adapt teaching strategies to support neurodiverse learners.

Applicants should be qualified to teach pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties and have experience in leading a team and overseeing access arrangements under JCQ regulations.

Qualifications

• Qualified to teach pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties and to conduct assessments of pupils’ learning profiles.
• Experience leading a team and overseeing JCQ-regulated access arrangements would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Individual Learning Department and oversee a team of ILN teachers.
• Work with pupils and colleagues to tailor teaching strategies to individual learner needs and support self-understanding as learners.
