Job summary

DRB Ignite Multi Academy Trust is seeking an outstanding SENDCo to lead and develop SEND provision across a four-form entry school. You will work alongside the current SENDCo and Senior Leadership Team to ensure all SEND learners receive high-quality teaching and support.

The role emphasizes leadership, innovation, and a commitment to safeguarding. You will be supported through extensive professional development across Trust schools, with opportunities for career progression and collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEND provision in a school setting.
• Ability to develop whole-school SEND strategy.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEND across the school in partnership with the current SENDCo.
• Support the Senior Leadership Team to develop whole-school strategy for SEND.
• Demonstrate outstanding teaching and leadership to inspire others.
