Job summary

The Godolphin and Latymer School in London is seeking an experienced Individual Learning Coordinator (SENDCo) to lead the dedicated ILN team and support pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties.

Qualifications

• Qualified to teach pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties.
• Experience leading a team.
• Experience overseeing applications for JCQ-regulated access arrangements would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Individual Learning Department of four ILN teachers.
• Adapt teaching and learning strategies to pupils’ needs and ensure pupils understand themselves as learners.
• Collaborate with academic and pastoral staff, Counsellors and Medical Team to support learners.
