Job summary

Holywell Primary and Nursery School is seeking a SENDCo to lead and develop inclusive provision within the school. You will work with staff, families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and raise outcomes for all pupils.

Holders of the National Award for SEN Coordination are preferred or the willingness to complete the qualification within the required timeframe. This role offers opportunities for professional development within the school and across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SEND and Inclusion.
• Collaborates with staff, families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
• Holds or willing to complete National Award for SEN Coordination within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop provision as a non-class based SENDCo.
• Ensure effective coordination of SEN provision and outcomes for all learners.
• Support professional development within school and across the Trust.
