Philip Southcote School, part of Bourne Education Trust, seeks a SENDCo for a 0.6 FTE role (three days a week: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday). The post offers a salary on the Main to Upper Pay Scale (Fringe) with SEN allowances and a TLR2, plus a pro rata for actual hours.
On-site parking and a strong professional development ethos are provided. The SENDCo will drive high-quality SEN provision, monitor pupil progress, and lead staff training.

Philip Southcote School is a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities School for students aged 11 to 19. As part of Bourne Education Trust (BET), a successful multi-academy trust comprising twenty-four schools across Surrey, Hampshire, and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, we are committed to "Transforming schools...changing lives."

Spread across five sites within Surrey, each learning provision is staffed and resourced to meet the individual needs of all Philip Southcote students.
Philip Southcote Main School: A 3-Form Entry site for students aged 11 to 16 years.
Philip Southcote Sixth Form: For students age 16 to 19 years, this state of the art and newly opened site at The Meads is within walking distance from the main school.
Philip Southcote Satellite Centres: Our centres are based within mainstream secondary schools. Chertsey High School, Chertsey, Epsom and Ewell High School and Kings International School, Camberley.
