Job summary

A dedicated SENCO is sought by Reeson Education for a Primary school in Braintree, Essex, starting September 2026. The SENCO will lead SEND provision for students with EHCPs and ensure high standards of inclusion.

Responsibilities include identifying needs, developing individualised support plans, training staff, and collaborating with parents and external agencies to secure appropriate support and excellent outcomes for all pupils.

Qualifications

  • Recognised SENCO qualification.
  • Experience of working with students with SEND, including those with EHCPs.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Job Title: SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SENCO to an outstanding Primary school in Braintree, Essex. As a SENCO, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP), are supported and enabled to achieve their full potential.
