Job summary

REESON Education is seeking a dedicated SENCO for a Primary school in Braintree, Essex, starting September 2026. The SENCO will lead SEND provision, ensure EHCPs are implemented, and support staff to meet diverse needs.

The role requires recognised SENCO qualification, experience with SEND and EHCPs, strong communication and organisational skills, and collaboration with parents and external agencies. OFSTED-rated outstanding school committed to excellence.

Job Title: SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SENCO to an outstanding Primary school in Braintree, Essex . As a SENCO, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP), are supported and enabled to achieve their full potential.
