We understand their needs… but we need your help and experience to understand them even better and ensure they receive the best support possible. We have strong aspirations for our students, with a real drive for them to achieve alongside high standards and expectations. Our Trauma Perceptive Practice approach aids us in understanding that behaviour is a form of communication. Seeing is believing—our true commitment is to give children the education they deserve! This role is not suitable for ECTs. We are seeking established SENDCos but also welcome applications from teachers experienced with deeper SEND processes who are willing to complete the SEND qualification.

• Hold the SENDCO qualification or are studying for it, with experience in deeper SEND processes.
• Are committed to providing children with the best opportunities to learn and thrive.
• Are reflective, motivated, and eager to develop their skills.
• Are excited about developing our SEND offer and building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
