Zusammenfassung

Halow Project in Guildford is seeking a Year Leader to design and deliver community-based learning sessions on our Building Futures Programme. You will lead engaging, person-centred learning for groups of young adults with SEND across Guildford, Woking and wider Surrey, helping learners build confidence, social skills, independence and employability.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering 40 hours per week, a salary from £31,722.68 per year, 33 days of annual leave, and fully paid training

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing person-centred learning for young adults with SEND.
• Ability to deliver engaging, community-based sessions.
• Commitment to safeguarding and learner wellbeing.
