Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd is actively seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to work with schools and local authorities across the UK. Roles are available on a self-employed basis, with opportunities for in-person, hybrid, or online tutoring in Maths, English, or Science for learners with SEMH and SEND needs.

We value passion for transforming disengaged and vulnerable learners, and offer flexible hours, CPD support, and a referral programme to reward successful placements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) is required.
• Experience teaching Maths, English, or Science is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Plan and report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools with trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
