Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged, at-risk and vulnerable learners in the UK. Roles support in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching across Maths, English, and Science with trauma-informed approaches.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, DBS, and the passion to support SEND and SEMH needs. Flexible hours and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, teens and young people with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring for KS1–KS5.
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Support the mission to raise education standards for SEND and SEMH learners.
