Job summary

TARGETED PROVISION LTD is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to deliver in-person, online, or hybrid maths, English, or science tutoring to young people with SEMH and SEND needs. The role emphasizes flexible hours, a trauma‑informed approach, and working with local authorities and schools.

You’ll plan lessons, report on progress, and adapt delivery to KS1–KS5 as appropriate, helping disengaged learners improve outcomes in a supportive, mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD in a trauma‑informed way.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to learners with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 with flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report lessons and provide feedback on progress.
