Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd. is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers across the UK to deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition for SEND and SEMH needs, in person, hybrid, or remote formats. You will join a mission-driven team supporting disengaged and vulnerable learners.

This self-employed role offers flexible hours, competitive pay of £28-£35 per hour, CPD support, safeguarding framework, and a community focused on transforming lives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• QTS/QTLS qualification.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with right to work.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science.
• Support pupils KS1–KS5 referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan lessons and report progress with regular feedback on student progress.
• Deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
