Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to work with Schools and Local Authorities across the UK. Roles include in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science for young people with SEND and SEMH needs.

Self-employed, with flexible hours, offering part-time to full-time opportunities. Competitive pay (£28–£35 per hour) and a dedicated SEND support team accompany a mission to transform lives through trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition.
• Support pupils and students, KS1 - KS5, with trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
