Job summary

TARGETED PROVISION LTD. is actively seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition across in-person, online, and hybrid formats to young people with SEMH/SEND needs in the UK.

The role requires 2+ years of teaching with SEND/SEMH, QTS/QTLS, Enhanced DBS, and solid safeguarding knowledge. You will work within a mission-driven team, with flexible hours and opportunities to mentor and support vulnerable learners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH.
• Subjects: English, Maths, or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Based in the UK with right to work in the UK.
• Safeguarding knowledge and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to learners with SEND/SEMH.
• Plan lessons and report progress to schools and parents.
• Offer trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring to disengaged and at-risk learners.
• Contribute to safeguarding and a safe learning environment.
• Engage with local authorities and schools for referrals.
