Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners. Roles include in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition for KS1 KS5 in collaboration with local authorities and schools.

Candidates should have 2+ years teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, an enhanced DBS and 2+ references. Competitive pay is £28–£35 per hour, with flexible hours, CPD, mentoring, and a supportive SEND team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a holistic and trauma‑informed way
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, teenagers, and young people with SEMH and SEND needs, including MLD, SLD, PMLD
• Support pupils and students from KS1 to KS5 by planning and delivering flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
• Contribute to raising standards of education for young people with SEND and SEMH needs
