Job summary

Tower Hamlets Council is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst to support the SEND Reform Programme, helping to shape an inclusive, sustainable, needs-led system. You will analyse data, map and redesign processes, develop business cases, and support service reviews, working with schools, health partners, families and commissioners to ensure decisions are evidence-based.

This role offers a central part in transforming services for children and young people with SEND, including opportunities

Qualifications

Experience applying BA techniques to support service redesign.
Strong analytical skills, including process mapping and operating model design.
Experience interpreting and presenting complex information for decisions.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience identifying innovative solutions that improve services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet timescales.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

Analyse complex data and map and redesign processes.

Help design future operating models.
Collaborate with schools, health partners, families, commissioners and senior leaders.
