Job summary

West Northants Council is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive digital transformation and technology-enabled change across the organisation. You will bridge business needs and digital solutions, working within the Digital, Technology & Innovation team to shape requirements and deliver measurable benefits.

You will lead analysis across projects, map processes, specify data and system requirements, and support testing, training and benefits realisation in both Agile and traditional

Qualifications

Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
BCS Business Analysis Diploma or equivalent.
PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent project delivery experience.
Experience with enterprise applications, APIs and system integrations.
Power BI, data governance principles or public sector experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis across a diverse portfolio of digital and technology projects.
Gather, analyse and document requirements through workshops, interviews and process mapping.
Develop future-state designs, gap analyses and solution recommendations with architects and developers.
Support testing, training, transition and benefits realisation activities; work in Agile and traditional delivery environments.
