Ideal candidates may come from mainstream education or care backgrounds; direct SEND experience is beneficial. Roles start immediately, with long-term and day-to-day opportunities available.

About the role

Connex Education is partnering with a SEND school in Cardiff to recruit dedicated and experienced SEND Teaching Assistants. While direct experience in special educational needs is not essential, a strong understanding of learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges is highly advantageous. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in mainstream education or those who have experience in care or support roles. This role is to start immediately if you have the correct documentation. Longterm roles and day to day positions available.
