SEND Teaching Assistants – Supply roles in Thetford and surrounding areas, starting ASAP. These flexible opportunities are ideal for SEND Teaching Assistants who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings in Thetford and the surrounding areas. You will work with pupils who have special educational needs, supporting their learning and well-being in a range of classroom environments.

• Help manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Support pupils with personal care needs where required
• Encourage independence and social interaction among pupils
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with staff

Ideal candidate

• Previous experience working with children with SEND (school or care setting)

• Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
