Experience supporting children or young people with SEN in an educational setting
Confidence providing 1:1 or small-group support, including EHCP/IEP strategies
Commitment to inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach
Reliable, adaptable and professional
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
