Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a supportive, inclusive environment. You will work one-on-one with students with Special Educational Needs, helping them thrive academically and personally.

Role involves supporting the class teacher with IEPs, adapting materials for diverse learners, and collaborating with parents and professionals to track progress and promote holistic development.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEN is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude towards diverse learning needs are valued.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, fostering their learning and development.
