Axcis Education is looking for reliable and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to provide part-time, ad-hoc support within a welcoming primary school in Rugby. This flexible opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking work that fits around other commitments while gaining valuable experience supporting children with additional needs.
Working on a supply basis, you will be required to cover staff absences, sickness, training days, and increased staffing requirements as needed throughout the academic year. This role is particularly suited to individuals with experience supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and additional learning or behavioural needs.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils within both the school's specialist SEND provision and mainstream classrooms, helping them access learning and engage positively throughout the school day.
