Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND.
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Patient, resilient and flexible in education settings.
• Experience in education, SEND or care settings.

Responsibilities

• Support students on a one-to-one and small group basis.
• Assist with tailored learning activities.
