Job summary

Axcis Education is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant for a specialist school near Bromsgrove. You will support children and young people aged 4–19 with a range of SEND by delivering personalised guidance and helping them access learning activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people, preferably in SEND settings.
• Ability to support pupils with complex needs and maintain a calm environment.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Full availability to work Monday to Friday during school hours.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 4–19 with SEND.
• Deliver personalised learning and care support.
• Encourage engagement in classroom and activities.
