Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking Teaching Assistants to support children in EYFS at a local Bromsgrove school. This full-time role runs from September through the academic year, with hours Monday to Friday 8:30am–4:00pm and a pay rate of £14.25 per hour.

You'll work with pupils with SEND, provide one-to-one support, and help create a calm, inclusive classroom environment. An Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to apply is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people, preferably in early years or SEND settings.
• Ability to use verbal, visual and concrete resources to communicate.
• Caring, patient and empathetic approach with children.
• Strong ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
