Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant for a full‑time role at a specialist school near Solihull. Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm, you will support pupils aged 4–11 with a range of SEND to access learning and achieve their goals. Daily rate is £92.63.

The role emphasizes tailored support, positive relationships, and a calm, structured classroom environment, with ongoing consultant backing and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or SEND setting.
• Effective behaviour management skills.
• Patient, caring and empathetic approach.
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
