Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a new independent SEND school in Kidderminster. We are recruiting experienced SEND Teaching Assistants for day-to-day, long-term and permanent roles starting ASAP. You will support students with their learning, development and individual needs in a positive, supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have SEND experience, with MLD/SLD and SEMH needs. A TA qualification is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children and young people with SEND.
• Experience with MLD/SLD and SEMH needs preferred.
• TA qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support students with learning, development and individual needs in a positive learning environment.
• Assist with day-to-day, long-term and permanent placements as required.
