Qualifications

• Experience working with children in classroom settings or similar educational environments.
• Demonstrated resilience and dedication to supporting young people with SEND.
• Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists and staff.
• Genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and development for pupils with ASD, SEMH and related needs.
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
• Contribute to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
• Build pupils' self-esteem and confidence through positive reinforcement.
• Collaborate with therapists and school staff to implement Individual Education Plans.
