Qualifications

• Experience or interest in supporting children with SEND is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a supportive school team.
• Strong communication and patience when working with young people.

Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Support students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and SEMH needs to raise self-esteem and learning outcomes.
• Monitor student progress and wellbeing, encouraging positive behaviours and inclusion.
