Witherslack Group is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You will help learners engage in activities, build confidence and work alongside therapists to implement educational plans.

Qualifications

• Ideally experience working in a classroom.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training.
• Genuine passion for helping children learn and develop.
• Ability to support children, including those with SEND.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Help children learn, develop skills and raise self-esteem.
• Work closely with therapists and school staff to implement plans.
