Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is recruiting for compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants in Atherstone to support children with additional needs during the Sept 2026 start. The role covers one-to-one and small group support, with hours 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday.

You will work closely with teachers to adapt activities, encourage independence, and build positive relationships with students, staff and parents. A relevant TA or childcare qualification and a patient, caring approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.
• Patience, caring and resilient approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant TA or childcare qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
• Work closely with teachers to adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
