Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in Atherstone. You’ll work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning activities and provide one-to-one or small-group support.

This role offers consistency from September 2026, with Monday to Friday hours 08:30–15:30, and a chance to build confidence, independence, and strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.
• Patient, caring and resilient approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification.
