Qualifications

• Experience in a school or educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with engaging lessons and classroom activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils reach their potential.
• Assist pupils with academic, social and emotional development.
• Help maintain a safe, positive and well-organised classroom.
• Support pupils with SEND where required.
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence and confidence.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet individual needs.
