Job summary

Justteachers Ltd. is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Coventry to support pupils with ADHD and related learning needs. Qualifications

• Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted classroom support for pupils with ADHD
• Implement personalised learning and behaviour strategies
• Promote engagement and emotional regulation
• Work closely with teaching staff and the SENDCo
