Job summary

Justteachers Ltd in Coventry is recruiting a SEND Teacher to lead a Communication and Interaction Resource Base. This full-time, fixed-term post runs from September 2026 to the end of the academic year, delivering highly personalised teaching for pupils with Autism and speech and language needs, in collaboration with therapists and external agencies.

You will work with a supportive team to help pupils meet EHCP outcomes, develop communication and independence skills, and deliver learning

Qualifications

• Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Primary Education.
• Two references covering the past two years, including last employer (ideally education or school-based references).
