Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic, inclusive primary school in Yardley, Birmingham. You will support children with SEND across various year groups and offer tailored assistance to enable pupils to thrive.

Immediate starts available with both full-time and part-time roles. The school provides strong CPD, a supportive leadership team and plenty of opportunities for long-term progression within a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting.
• A genuine passion for inclusion and supporting children with additional needs.
• Confidence in adapting lessons, activities and resources to meet individual learning needs.
• A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to use your own initiative.
• The confidence to work independently and provide tailored support.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A patient, nurturing and enthusiastic attitude.
