Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in Croydon is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support learners across Primary, Secondary and SEND/Autism settings. Roles include daily cover and long-term full-time positions aimed at immediate start subject to safeguarding checks.

You will work with enthusiastic teams, follow directions, and bring a proactive, hands-on approach to classroom support while ensuring inclusive practices and safe learning environments.

Qualifications

• Recent classroom experience in a Primary, Secondary or Autism and SLD / and or PMLD settings
• Experience supporting individuals in other sectors (Support Work, Care etc.)
• Passion and desire to work in either Mainstream or SEND learning environments
• Initiative, willingness and hands on approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and students
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Live within a fair commute to the school

Teaching Assistants, Croydon

Empowering Learning Ltd are recruiting Teaching Assistants who are looking to work on a daily basis and long-term full-time positions, in our SEND/ Autism school in Croydon. We have a high need of classroom support across Primary and Secondary age ranges, to start immediately depending on safeguarding checks.

The Role is to start in September 26.

We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive and hands on practitioners that can take direction, that have a dynamic approach and works effectively with both Mainstream students, and those with additional learning difficulties.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Recent classroom experience in a Primary, Secondary or Autism and SLD / and or PMLD settings
• Experience supporting individuals in other sectors (Support Work, Care etc.)
• Passion and desire to work in either Mainstream or SEND learning environments
