Job summary

Engage Education are recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant in Oldham to support pupils with special educational needs for the full academic year.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, building rapport and reporting to the school SENCO. The role runs September 2026 to July 2027 with a daily rate of £90–£95 and includes access to free CPD and a potential permanent placement upon course completion.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in any capacity.
• Enhanced DBS on update service desirable but not mandatory.

• Located in one Oldham secondary school for full academic year

SEND Teaching Assistant – Benefits:
