Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join a specialist educational setting that provides a nurturing environment for learners with high levels of anxiety, autism, and specific learning difficulties.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with class teachers to support children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and tailor learning to their individual needs
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support, ensuring students can fully engage with the curriculum
  • Foster students’ independence, self-confidence, and social skills, helping them to thrive both academically and personally
  • Create a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment where students feel valued and supported

  • Passion: Enthusiastic and committed to supporting children’s education and wellbeing
  • Adaptability: Flexible and patient when working with children of different abilities and needs
  • Skills: Strong communication and subject knowledge to engage and support learners
  • Experience: Prior work with children or vulnerable people is essential

We welcome candidates seeking full-time, part-time, or flexible supply work. You will be working Monday to Friday, during term time only.
