Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant in Manchester to support pupils with additional needs across inclusive primary settings. You will assist with learning activities and behaviour support.

You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other staff to follow individual learning plans and promote a positive, inclusive classroom. PAYE payroll ensures correct tax and NI.

Training and ongoing guidance are provided to support your development within SEND roles.

SEND Teaching Assistant needed in Manchester

TeacherActive is working with a range of inclusive primary schools across South Manchester that are committed to supporting pupils with additional needs. These schools are looking for experienced SEND Teaching Assistants who can provide both academic and emotional support.

This role will involve working closely with pupils, teachers, and SENCOs to ensure that individual learning plans are followed and that pupils are supported in reaching their full potential. You will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
