TeacherActive is looking for a SEND / SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Manchester. The role starts in September and supports students with SEND and SEMH needs across KS3 and KS4 on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
You will help promote engagement, confidence and positive outcomes inside and outside the classroom with a calm, patient and resilient approach, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

The school is looking to appoint a SEND / SEMH Teaching Assistant on either a part-time or full-time basis from September. The successful SEND / SEMH Teaching Assistant will support students across both KS3 and KS4, working on a one-to-one basis and in small groups with students who have SEND and SEMH needs, helping to promote engagement, confidence and positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.
